On Saturday, January 26th Scherrie Payne, Susaye Greene and Joyce Vincent performed at the 5th annual Raw Science Film Festival. The festival was held at the historic United Artists Theater in Los Angeles, CA. The Ladies walked the red carpet, mingled with the honorees, and closed the evening with an amazing performance which included "Unconditional Love," (their new single) "You Can't Hurry Love," and more. Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners! A fabulous time was had by all! Scherrie Payne, Susaye Greene & Joyce Vincent performed at The Catalina Jazz Club on Sunday, January 20th 2019. The Ladies opened their show with a fantastic medley of "Everybody Gets To Go To The Moon & Corner of The Sky." Scherrie and Susaye last performed this medley with The Supremes at The Drury Lane Theatre in London on June 12th 1977!" Scherrie, Susaye and Joyce performed many of the classic Supremes' hits from the 1960's and 1970's including the always popular "Stop In The Name of Love," "Come See About Me," "Love Is Like An Itching In My Heart," "Baby Love," "Up The Ladder To The Roof," "You Can't Hurry Love," "Stoned Love," "I'm Gonna Let My Heart Do The Walking," "Someday We'll Be Together" and many more. The Ladies surprised the audience with a pre-release live performance of their soon to be released new single "Unconditional Love," written by Susaye Greene & Jeffrey Chin. The Ladies received 3 standing ovations from the enthusiastic audience!!!! The first was after Susaye led her dramatic version of "He Aint Heavy, He's My Brother." The second standing ovation happened after the Ladies' ever popular rendition of "How Do You Keep The Music Playing?" Closing their show with "Happy" the ladies received their third thunderous ovation, from the standing room only crowd !!!! (Click on the thumbnail images to view the full sized photos.) After their performance the Ladies were seated for a meet and greet with their fans and friends. The ladies were congratulated by Billy Davis Jr. and Marilyn McCoo of the Fifth Dimension. Also in attendance was the lovely Lynda Laurence, Formerly of The Supremes who enthusiastically congratulated her "Supreme Sisters" on a fabulous show! Other Motown alumni in atendance included Betty Kelly of The Vandellas & songwriters Brian & Eddie Holland.
A fantastic evening was had by all. Thank you to all of the Ladies' loyal and devoted fans and friends. You are all loved and appreciated.
