(PHOTO #1) Scherrie Payne with Brian Holland of "HOLLAND * DOZIER * HOLLAND" Fame. This songwriting team wrote and produced most of THE SUPREMES' biggest hits. In 1976 Brian & Eddie Holland wrote/produced The Supremes' disco classic "I'm Gonna Let My Heart Do The Walking," lead vocal recorded by Scherrie! This song was The Supremes' last top 40 pop hit as well. (PHOTO #2) Scherrie Payne with actress Gloria Hendry. Hendry is best known for her roles in films from the 1970s, most notably: portraying Rosie Carver in 1973's James Bond film "Live and Let Die." Interesting trivia fact: Gloria was in the first grouping of the Invictis group "THE GLASS HOUSE" alongside Scherrie Payne. Gloria left early on and was replaced by Peal Jones.
